Head for the Hills!

I passed the real estate test this morning. To celebrate I bought a cup of coffee and two sour cream doughnuts at Krispy Kreme in Metairie. You may laugh, but at least I didn't head for the nearest bar in the French Quarter. That's for tonight.

I scored 90% on the national part of the test and 85% on the state part. They printed and embossed two forms, each with my photo on it, that testified that I passed the test. That plus another form will yield a real estate license allowing me to peddle real estate in Louisiana.

However, they didn't tell me which questions I missed. So consider this should you decide to hire me to sell your Garden District mansion or to help you buy your Bywater shotgun double converted to a single: I don't know what I don't know. And they won't tell me.

This ain't a joke!

It's going to be a busy week: real estate test Wednesday, two tests at Tulane Friday, a proposal due tomorrow, and meetings every other day. So it's going to be quiet here for a few days unless something truly outrageous happens...

Emphasizing an earlier post, there were four Easter parades in New Orleans yesterday.
